4 weekly sessions, small class setting: 3-6 students

Don’t be fooled by the minimalist look of this box. With mitered corners, a sliding door, an adjustable shelf and a cleat to hang on the wall, there are plenty of skills to learn here.

We’ll spend a good deal of time on the table saw. You’ll learn how to cut, glue and assemble long miters, use dado blades to cut the door track and a rabbet (notch) for the back. You’ll learn a trick or two about layout and you may leave thinking ironing is more fun when you’re not pressing your shirts… You’ll see what I mean when you’re here!

This is a new class. No experience necessary, however if you’ve never used a table saw before or the last time was in high school, please plan to come 20 minutes early on the first night. This will give us plenty of extra time for pointers and improve the class flow.

**Please don’t worry if you’re a beginner. I promise you will leave with many new skills, confidence at the machines and a cool cabinet to show off! You got this!
